It was delivered right on time and with exceptional care, arriving in perfect condition. We were so impressed with the attention to detail, the quality, and the outstanding customer service. I ordered a cake for my birthday and it was PERFECT! My absolute dream cake. No surprises. It was exactly what I wanted. They took the time to get my order and were very thorough and professional showing me pictures of different cakes they'd done to see colors and decor. I could see they truly cared and value their customers. When I went to pick up there were no delays. Cake was ready and perfect! They went out with me to my car to bring the cake and once again very professional. They have true expertise. I was in and out in 5 minutes. I got a vegan one and it was good. Only thing was that it was a tad bit too sweet for me but not a big deal. I was in love with my cake. I didn't even want to cut it lol it was so pretty.

I love this place! It’s become my little local coffee shop and go to place anytime I want a sweet treat. All their speciality coffees are to die for and you can’t go wrong with any of the desserts. My favorite coffee is the brown sugar shaken espresso and my favorite treat is between the cinnamon roll and the pumpkin coffee cake. I definitely recommend. They are so sweet too and the vibes are immaculate

What a yummy experience it was doing business with Sweet Gem! I wanted a beautiful vintage style cake with pearls and black ribbon and Jessica delivered exactly what I wanted. It was delicious too, Nutella filling and yellow cake (personal choice). It was ready when I went to pick it up (she delivers too) and she helped me put it in the car so it would be secure. I’m so happy with it and I can’t wait for an excuse to order again.

We recently ordered naked cupcakes with homemade buttercream on the side for our company’s first annual Spring Cupcake Decorating Event, and they were a hit! The cupcakes arrived fresh, perfectly baked, and beautifully presented—ideal for a hands-on decorating activity. The naked cupcakes provided the perfect blank canvas, with a soft, moist texture and just the right amount of sweetness. Paired with the homemade buttercream (which was rich, smooth, and incredibly flavorful), everyone had a great time customizing their own creations. The buttercream was generously portioned and came in multiple colors, adding a fun and festive touch. Not only did the cupcakes taste amazing, but they also brought a lot of energy and creativity to our event. We would absolutely recommend this setup for any team-building or seasonal celebration.
